2nd Poster Session 15:00-16:30　D201
13:00より5分ほど沖野専攻長より大切なご説明がございますので、遅れずにご参加くださいませ。

添付のプログラムにより発表の時間帯をご確認ください。

ポスターを掲示するパネルのサイズは幅 90 cm×高さ180 cm です。

修士の皆様には会場の設営をお手伝い頂きます。

☆ 1st sessionで発表される修士の皆様は、
9:30分にＤ201へ集合してください。会場の設営をお願いします。

☆ 2nd sessionで発表される修士の皆様は、
発表会終了後、会議室の復元作業をお願いします。
博士1年の陸紫薇さん,Aye myint myat soeさん,KOMBA ATUPELYE WESTONさんがリーダーとなりますので、指示に従ってください。

スケジュール：
9:30-10:30 1st Sessionポスター掲示(午前発表の修1の学生は9時半に集合し机・椅子の移動、パネル設置)
10:30-12:00 1st Session
12:00-13:00 1st Sessionのポスター取り外し、昼食・休憩
13:00-14:20 口頭発表への参加
14:20-15:00　 2nd Sessionポスター掲示
15:00-16:30 2nd Session
16:30-　　　　 　2nd sessionポスター取外し、(午後ポスター発表の修1の学生はパネル収納、復元作業（机・椅子の整列）)

The size of the poster board (panel) is 90cm wide by 180cm high.

Master’s students are assigned to set up and clean up the presentation site.

– 1st session Master’s student presenters
Come to the conference room D201 at 9:30 and set up panels and the site.

– 2nd session Master’s student presenters:
After all the presentations, put away panels and move chairs and tables to the original positions.
Doctor 1st students LU ZIWEI -san, Aye myint myat soe-san, KOMBA ATUPELYE WESTON-san will be the leaders and please follow their instructions.

Schedule:
9:30-10:30 1st session presenters display posters (1st session Master’s students come at 9:30 and set up the site ( remove desks & chairs, set up poster boards).
10:30-12:00 1st Poster Session
12:00-13:00: Remove 1st session posters, Lunch time
13:00-14:20: Oral presentation
14:20-15:00: Display 2nd session posters.
15:00-16:30: 2nd Poster Session
16:15-16:45: Remove poster boards, (2nd session Master’s students put away panels in the store room ,put desks & chairs back to the original condition.)
