以下の日程で、本年度の中間発表・ポスターセッションを行いますので、皆様、確認のうえ準備をお願いします。

Here is the announcement of The Mid-Term Oral Presentation & Poster Session 2018.
Please prepare this session following the guideline below.

日程Date：11月29日（木）Nov.29 Thu.

1st Poster Session: 10:30-12:00 at D201
Oral Presentation　: 13:00-14:15 at D101
2nd Poster Session: 15:00-16:30 at D201

-Oral Presentation-
2017年10月入学の修士2年生対象　　発表10分、質疑応答5分
詳細は対象者に直接連絡致します。

Presenters are 2nd Master students who started Oct. 2017.
10 min. presentation , 5 min. Q&A
Details will be informed to concerned after.

-Poster session-
1. 発表者：修士、博士学生（2017,2018年１０月入学を除く）
** 本年度学位審査の博士、休学・留学者は参加を考慮させていただきます。
　
2. パネルサイズ: 幅90cm 高さ180cm

3. 欠席の連絡期日：10/31（水）5：00 p.m.
**都合により欠席する方は、指導教員の許可を得て
専攻事務　伊藤へメールすること。

4. ポスタータイトル・発表者名の提出期日：11/15（木）5：00 p.m.
**専攻事務へメールで提出すること。

1. Presenters: All students.
**except students leaving school or studying abroad, applicants of ph.D. defense, and
who started Oct. 2017 & 2018.

2. Panel Size: width 90cm and height 180cm

3. Deadline of Absent Notice: Oct.31 Wed. 5:00 p.m.
**Absentees like part-time students or those with schedule conflict are required to contact your division secretary by email under the authorization of your supervisor.

4. Deadline of Turning in Poster Title and Presenter Name: Nov.15 Thu. 5:00 p.m.
**Please turn in by email to your division secretary.
