Mid-Term Presentation Schedule 2018

Please be informed that the Mid-Term Presentation and the Poster presentation will be held as follows:

1. When & Where:

1st Session: Wednesday, April 18th 13:00-16:30 Venue:D201 *16:45-17:05 Master’s Thesis Presentation (after the Mid-Term presentation)
2nd Session: Wednesday, May 16th 9:00-14:15 Venue:D201
3rd Session: Friday, June 15th 9:00-17:30 Venue:D201 (The Mid-Term Presentation 9:00-15:30, The Poster Presentation 16:00-17:30)

2. Submission of Presentation title:.

Deadline for 1st Session presenters: 3:00PM, Wednesday, April 11th
Deadline for 2nd Session presenters: 3:00PM, Wednesday, May 9th
Deadline for 3rd Session presenters: 3:00PM, Wednesday, May 9th
Fill in the attached excel form and submit it by email to the divison office.

3. Submission of Presentation Slides:

Deadline for 1st Session presenters: 3:00PM, Monday, April 16th
Deadline for 2nd Session presenters: 3:00PM, Monday, May 14th
Deadline for 3rd Session presenters: 3:00PM, Wednesday, June 13th

Presentation Time Slot: Presentation (10 min.) + Q&A (5 min). = 15 min.
The file name of your presentation slide should contain your name, e.g. “Chie Miura. pptx”
Submit the file by Email.
If the file size exceeds 10MB, save the file in USB Flash drive and submit it to the division office (E205).

* if you want to update the slides on that day, you will have to use your own PC,
and you will have to check your PC connection during the break time before your session starts.

4. Please find the time slot assigned to you in the attached presentation schedule.

If you have schedule conflicts, discuss with your academic advisor and inform by no later than 12:00 noon, Monday, April 2nd.

*Please note that the time slot & date of your presentation might be changed because your advisor cannot chair the session of your presentation.
