Prof. Ram Avtar was awarded the Hokkaido University President’s Award for Excellence in Research and Education

Prof. Ram Avtar (Faculty of Environmental Earth Science) was awarded the Hokkaido University President’s Award for Excellence in Research and Education for 2022. This award is given to the faculty members who have made particularly outstanding achievements through their teaching and research activities in Hokkaido University.

Prof. Avtar has been actively researching the mechanisms and variables of ecosystems by using remote sensing techniques. Congratulations, Prof. Avtar!
