Schedule for Master\u2019s Thesis : Please follow the steps and procedures outlines below. <\/p>\n
? Submission of Thesis Committee and Thesis Title:
\n? Deadline: 17:00 PM, Friday, January 4, 2019
\nFill in the attached excel form and submit to me.
\nIf your thesis title is in English, provide the title in Japanese in parentheses.
\nAmendment of the title is not allowed after submission. <\/p>\n
? Submission of Thesis Abstract & Draw of Lots for turns:
\n? Deadline: 15:00PM, Friday, January 11, 2019
\nPrepare the abstract according to the attached word format. Student, in person, submits thesis abstract as PDF format in USB flash drive to the office of the division (room E205) and draws lots to determine the order of presentation.
\nBefore drawing lots, please discuss with your thesis advisor if there would be any requests about the presentation date (February 5th or 6th).
\n?\tAbstract should be in One page on A4 size paper.<\/p>\n
? Submission of Master\u2019s Thesis for Examination:
\n? Deadline: 15:00PM, Tuesday, January 29, 2019
\nPrint thesis on both sides of the papers, clip them together, and submit two sets to the division office and one each to thesis committee members.<\/p>\n
? PRESENTATION OF MASTER\u2019S THESIS:
\nDate: February 5(Tuesday) and 6 (Wednesday), Venue: D201<\/p>\n
? Submission of Final version of Master\u2019s Thesis for Archiving:
\n? Deadline: 15:00PM, Wednesday, February 20, 2019.<\/p>\n
1.\tSubmission to the division office(Room E205):
\nPrint thesis on both sides of papers, and submit Two Unbound copies to the division office. You will bind one copy in the division office. Also, Submit thesis abstract and thesis as PDF in USB to division PC.<\/p>\n
2.\tSubmission to the thesis committee members:
\nPrint thesis on both sides of the papers, bind in any style. Bring one copy each to your thesis committee members. <\/p>\n
