1st Session: Wednesday, April 18th 13:00-16:30 Venue:D201 *16:45-17:05 Master\u2019s Thesis Presentation (after the Mid-Term presentation)
\n2nd Session: Wednesday, May 16th 9:00-14:15 Venue:D201
\n3rd Session: Friday, June 15th 9:00-17:30 Venue:D201 (The Mid-Term Presentation 9:00-15:30, The Poster Presentation 16:00-17:30)<\/p>\n
2.\tSubmission of Presentation title:.<\/p>\n
Deadline for 1st Session presenters: 3:00PM, Wednesday, April 11th
\nDeadline for 2nd Session presenters: 3:00PM, Wednesday, May 9th
\nDeadline for 3rd Session presenters: 3:00PM, Wednesday, May 9th
\nFill in the attached excel form and submit it by email to the divison office.<\/p>\n
3.\tSubmission of Presentation Slides:<\/p>\n
Deadline for 1st Session presenters: 3:00PM, Monday, April 16th
\nDeadline for 2nd Session presenters: 3:00PM, Monday, May 14th
\nDeadline for 3rd Session presenters: 3:00PM, Wednesday, June 13th<\/p>\n
Presentation Time Slot: Presentation (10 min.) + Q&A (5 min). = 15 min.
\nThe file name of your presentation slide should contain your name, e.g. \u201cChie Miura. pptx\u201d
\nSubmit the file by Email.
\nIf the file size exceeds 10MB, save the file in USB Flash drive and submit it to the division office (E205). <\/p>\n
* if you want to update the slides on that day, you will have to use your own PC,
\nand you will have to check your PC connection during the break time before your session starts.

4.\tPlease find the time slot assigned to you in the attached presentation schedule. <\/p>\n
If you have schedule conflicts, discuss with your academic advisor and inform by no later than 12:00 noon, Monday, April 2nd.<\/p>\n
