\nFill in the attached excel form and submit it by email to cmiura@ees.hokudai.ac.jp\u3002<\/p>\n
3.\tSubmission of Presentation Slides:<\/p>\n
Deadline for 1st Session presenters: 3:00PM, Monday, May 15th
\nDeadline for 2nd Session presenters: 3:00PM, Thursday, June 1st
\nDeadline for 3rd Session presenters: 3:00PM, Monday, June 19th<\/p>\n
Presentation Time Slot: Presentation (10 min.) + Q&A (5 min). = 15 min.
\nThe file name of your presentation slide should contain your name, e.g. \u201cChie Miura. pptx\u201d
\nSubmit the file by Email to cmiura@ees.hokudai.ac.jp.
\nIf the file size exceeds 10MB, save the file in USB Flash drive and submit it to the division office (E205). <\/p>\n
* if you want to update the slides on that day, you will have to use your own PC,
\nand you will have to check your PC connection during the break time before your session starts.
