1st Session: Thursday, May 19th 13:00-17:30
\n2nd Session: Thursday, June 9th 13:00-17:30
\n3rd Session: Thursday, June 23th 13:00-17:30
\nVenue: D201<\/p>\n
2. Submission of Presentation title:.<\/p>\n
Deadline: 15:00 PM, Thursday, May 12th
\nFill in the attached excel form and submit it by email to cmiura@ees.hokudai.ac.jp\u3002<\/p>\n
3. Submission of Presentation Slides:<\/p>\n
Deadline for 1st Session presenters: 12:00PM, Monday, May 16th
\nDeadline for 2nd Session presenters: 12:00PM, Monday, June 6th
\nDeadline for 2nd Session presenters: 12:00PM, Monday, June 20th<\/p>\n
Presentation Time Slot: Presentation (10 min.) + Q&A (5 min). = 15 min.
\nTitle should be your name, e.g. \u201cChie Miura\u201d
\nSubmit the file by Email to cmiura@ees.hokudai.ac.jp.
\nIf the file size exceeds 10MB, save the file in USB Flash drive and submit it to the division office (E205). <\/p>\n
*Please keep the deadline. Change of the file is not allowed after the deadline.<\/p>\n
4. Please find the time slot assigned to you in the attached presentation schedule.
\nIf you have schedule conflicts, discuss with your academic advisor and inform ( cmiura@ees.hokudai.ac.jp) by no later than 12:00 noon, Thursday, April 28th.<\/p>\n
*Please note that the time slot & date of your presentation might be changed because your advisor cannot chair the session of your presentation.<\/p>\n
