\n2nd Session 14:45-16:15\uff1a<\/p>\n
There are two poster sessions.
\nPlease see the attached program to confirm your assigned session\/time-slot. <\/p>\n
The size of the poster board (panel) is 90cm wide by 180cm high.
\nPoster presenters are making an oral presentation by their potters during your session.<\/p>\n
Master\u2019s students are assigned to set up the presentation site. <\/p>\n
–\tMaster\u2019s students present at 1st session:
\nMeet at the conference room #1 of the Conference Hall at 12:15 and set up the site.
\n–\tMaster\u2019s students present at 2nd session:
\nAfter your presentation, help put the room back to the original condition.<\/p>\n
Schedule:
\n12:15-13:00: 1st session presenters set up the site (confirmation of attendance, remove desks & chairs, set up poster boards, display posters).
\n13:00-14:30: 1st Session
\n14:30-14:45: Remove 1st session posters, display 2nd session posters.
\n14:45-16:15: 2nd Session
\n16:15-16:45: 2nd session presenters restore the site (confirmation of attendance, remove poster boards, put desks & chairs back to the original condition.)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
