Fall mid-term oral and poster presentations

Dear　All,

 Please be informed that the Fall mid-term oral and poster presentation will be held as follows

1.When & Where: 

Thursday, December 8th    Poster presentation  9:00-12:30    Online

Oral presentation    14:00-15:40 Venue:D201　

2.Please find the time slot assigned to you in the attached presentation schedule.   

If you have schedule conflicts, please discuss it with your supervisor and inform us (esd-jimu@ees.hokudai.ac.jp) by no later than 12:00 noon, Thu., Nov. 24th.

3.Submission of Presentation title & file:

〇Title submission:    by 1500, Thu, December 1st,

Fill the title in the attached excel form and submit it by email to esd-jimu@ees.hokudai.ac.jp.

English title is necessary in case you submit your title in Japanese.

If your name is written using Chinese characters, please add the Furigana name in alphabet under them.

〇Poster PDF file submission:   by 15:00, December 5 (the procedures and format will be informed later.)
