Mid-term presentation schedule 6/21

Dear All,

Please be informed that we are going to have the mid-term oral and poster presentations as follows:

Poster presenters are required to set up before and clean up after the poster presentation as scheduled below:
As asked already, some of MC students are required to help the oral presentation as attached.

Presentation Time Slot: Presentation (10 min.) + Q&A (5 min). = 15 min.

The size of the poster board (panel) is 90cm wide by 180cm high.
Poster presenters are making the oral presentations by their potters during the session.

Poster presenters are required to (under Hayakawa sensei’s instruction)
12:30 , come to D201 for preparing panels and setting posters.
（13:00?14:30 Oral presentations ）
After oral presentations-14:30 set up the room D201 and panels. (under Hayakawa sensei’s instruction)
14:45-16:15 Poster presentation
16:15- clean up the room and panels (instructed by Ito)
