Mid-term presentation schedule 4/17

Dear All,

Please be informed that we are going to have the mid-term oral and poster presentations as follows:
The previous time schedule has changed as the attachment(poster).
Poster presenters are required to set up before and clean up after the poster presentations as scheduled below:
As asked already, some of M students are required to help the oral presentation as attached.

Oral presentation
April 17th 2019(Wed) at D201
11:15-14:15
Presentation Time Slot: Presentation (10 min.) + Q&A (5 min). = 15 min.

Poster presentation
April 17th 2019(Wed) at D201
14:45-16:30
The size of the poster board (panel) is 90cm wide by 180cm high.
Poster presenters are making an oral presentation by their potters during your session.

Poster presenters are required to (under the Toyoda sensei’s instruction)
13:00 , come to D201 for preparing panel and setting posters.
（13:30?14:15 Oral presentation）
After oral presentations-14:45 set up the room D201 and panels.
14:45-16:30 Poster presentation
16:30- clean up the room and panel (instructed by Ito)
