Master’s thesis schedule completing MC in March 2019

Dear all

Schedule for Master’s Thesis : Please follow the steps and procedures outlines below.

? Submission of Thesis Committee and Thesis Title:
? Deadline: 17:00 PM, Friday, January 4, 2019
Fill in the attached excel form and submit to me.
If your thesis title is in English, provide the title in Japanese in parentheses.
Amendment of the title is not allowed after submission.

? Submission of Thesis Abstract & Draw of Lots for turns:
? Deadline: 15:00PM, Friday, January 11, 2019
Prepare the abstract according to the attached word format. Student, in person, submits thesis abstract as PDF format in USB flash drive to the office of the division (room E205) and draws lots to determine the order of presentation.
Before drawing lots, please discuss with your thesis advisor if there would be any requests about the presentation date (February 5th or 6th).
? Abstract should be in One page on A4 size paper.

? Submission of Master’s Thesis for Examination:
? Deadline: 15:00PM, Tuesday, January 29, 2019
Print thesis on both sides of the papers, clip them together, and submit two sets to the division office and one each to thesis committee members.

? PRESENTATION OF MASTER’S THESIS:
Date: February 5(Tuesday) and 6 (Wednesday), Venue: D201

? Submission of Final version of Master’s Thesis for Archiving:
? Deadline: 15:00PM, Wednesday, February 20, 2019.

1. Submission to the division office(Room E205):
Print thesis on both sides of papers, and submit Two Unbound copies to the division office. You will bind one copy in the division office. Also, Submit thesis abstract and thesis as PDF in USB to division PC.

2. Submission to the thesis committee members:
Print thesis on both sides of the papers, bind in any style. Bring one copy each to your thesis committee members.
