Supplementary Mid-Term Poster Session
is going to be held as follows.
We encourage your participation.

Date & Time: Thursday, December 22th , 13:00-14:30

Please see the attached program.

The size of the poster board (panel) is 90cm wide by 180cm high.
Poster presenters are making an oral presentation by their potters during your session.

Presenters are assigned to set up the presentation site.

Schedule:
12:45-13:00: Presenters set up the site (confirmation of attendance, remove desks & chairs, set up poster boards, display posters).
13:00-14:30: Poster Session
14:30-14:45: Presenters restore the site (remove poster boards, put desks & chairs back to the original condition.)
