1st Session 13:00-14:30：
2nd Session 14:45-16:15：

There are two poster sessions.
Please see the attached program to confirm your assigned session/time-slot.

The size of the poster board (panel) is 90cm wide by 180cm high.
Poster presenters are making an oral presentation by their potters during your session.

Master’s students are assigned to set up the presentation site.

– Master’s students present at 1st session:
Meet at the conference room #1 of the Conference Hall at 12:15 and set up the site.
– Master’s students present at 2nd session:
After your presentation, help put the room back to the original condition.

Schedule:
12:15-13:00: 1st session presenters set up the site (confirmation of attendance, remove desks & chairs, set up poster boards, display posters).
13:00-14:30: 1st Session
14:30-14:45: Remove 1st session posters, display 2nd session posters.
14:45-16:15: 2nd Session
16:15-16:45: 2nd session presenters restore the site (confirmation of attendance, remove poster boards, put desks & chairs back to the original condition.)
