Kimono (Dressing)

(2.5 hours)
This program introduces Japanese traditional garment, Kimono.
Volunteers, including kimono masters, welcome you with warm hospitality.
Both male and female guests can try to wear Kimono in a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere.

Shodo (Japanese Calligraphy)

(2.5 hours)
This program introduces a form of calligraphy of the Japanese language, Shodo.
It is the art of producing beautiful handwriting using a brush. 
Your artwork will be a wonderful souvenir and pleasant memory of Japan.

Ikebana (Flower Arrangement)

(2.5 hours)
This program introduces Japanese art of flower arrangement, Ikebana.
Ikebana is a disciplined art form in which nature and humanity are brought together.
You would enjoy the flowers bringing fresh fragrance, beautiful color and light.

Sapporo City Walk & Japanese Tea Ceremony Experience

(3.5 hours)
In this program, local volunteers will guide you to the downtown of Sapporo visiting historical spots such as Old Clock Tower and Old Hokkaido Government Building, central park area, and unique shopping malls called “Tanuki-koji”.You will also have a chance to experience traditional Japanese tea ceremony.
