“Submission of a Report in the End of School Year and Presentation on
Research Results”

Dear GCOE-RA students,
GCOE-RA students are required to present results of your research on March
12. Please read carefully the following information.
FY 2009 “GCOE-RA Presentation on Research Results”
Date/time: March 12 (Fri.) 9:00-16:15
Room: Lecture Rooms D201, D101 & D103, Faculty of Environmental Earth
Science
Presentation methods:
A. Oral presentation (about 15 students, Presentation: 12min & Questions/
Answers: 3min)
B. Poster presentation (about 50 students, Students will be separated by two
groups in the morning and afternoon)
- We will inform you who will be oral /poster presenters later
- EES-RA, GCOE-RA, GSES-RA students and recipients of GCOE Research Grant
will present this time.
- The best research award will be nominated from the both of oral and poster
presenters, and the best poster presentation award will be nominated from
only poster presenters.
At first, please e-mail GCOE Support Unit no later than February 22 and
inform us the following item.
1. Whether you can present your research results on March 12, 2010. If you
cannot attend on March 12, we will arrange alternative date.
2. Presentation method which you prefer, oral or poster.
Then, before the above presentation, please fill in a GCOE-RA report
attached to this mail, and submit the report to the GCOE Support Unit by
March 2 (Tue). Email subject should be “GCOE-RA report”, when you email
the word file to GCOE Support Unit.
