SHIMAZU LABO

Shimazu group has been investigating on the global environmental problems with the keywords of “environmental mediation” and “nano-techonology”. Especially “detoxification of environmental pollutants” and “development of the functional materials for environmental mediation and environmental monitoring” are focused on.

Our aims are “break-through technology” and “practical realization of the fundamental research”.
For this purpose,


① ultra-highly advanced research based on innovative and original idea

② steady progress from the knowledge and the experience

③ practical investigation of the environmental mediation and
　 the sensing technology from the fundamental research

have been carried out with a balance of above three.
