Takeshi Watanabe to receive Hokudai Elm Award

Mr. Takeshi Watanabe, who is a Ph.D candidate of Division of Environmental Science Development, received the Hokkaido University Elm Award from the president on March 13th for his contribution to the Environmental Impact Reduction Achievement Project in our graduate school.
