About the change of how to submit the forms

Important Notice

We are going to change submitting way of the forms, Research title (only for
Freshman) and Cross – Registration Request Form and Registration Request Form for Courses to Obtain a Teaching License due to the explosive spread of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) across the country.

【Submit to】
 Your supervisor by e-mail.
※Your supervisor will submit your research title to Academic Affairs Section.

【Dead Line】
　April　22th (Wednesday)
※As scheduled (No change).
