Reports of IFES-GCOE Field Summer School, Mongolia
IFES-GCOE of Hokkaido University organized the “2010 GCOE Field Summer School, Mongolia -Sustainable Ecosystem Usage of Eurasian Ecotone”. This summer school aimed to provide the opportunities for understanding and consider ongoing ecosystem degradation in Mongolia, through having fruitful discussions and exchanging ideas with those who work in different fields. 21 students from Mongolia, Japan, China, Russia and Bangladesh participated to this summer school. Here, we report the activities of summer school.
