GCOE Laboratory Short Course on Environmental Materials Science 2010

Global COE Program in Hokkaido University “Establishment of Center for
Integrated Field Environmental Science” (URL
http://www.ees.hokudai.ac.jp/gcoe/en/) provides various kinds of
career-up program such as international summer courses, field science
short course, laboratory and modeling short courses. GCOE laboratory
short course in Environmental Materials Science 2010 will be held from
January 24th to 28th in 2011.
This course will provide experiences in order to learn monitoring and
characterization techniques of various substances in the environment
based on chemistry as well as to learn methodology for environmental
remediation. We also expect this course will give great opportunities
for students and researchers discussing and exchanging ideas about
environmental chemistry.
