Extreme weather conditions observed globally have recently caused abnormal
changes in ecosystems. To help understand the current situation and mechanisms
of these abnormal changes to the Earth, the latest results of atmospheric,
meteorological and hydrological observation and research at the South Pole
as well as in tropical and temperate zones will be reported. |
